EcomHealthScan is operated by Reaktion (reaktion.com). This policy explains what we process when you use the scanner. The short version: no account, no email, no personal profile. We process the domain you scan and a minimum of technical data to run and improve the tool.
1. What we collect
- The domain you enter and the report we build for it (platform, pixels, public ads, product data). Scanned domains and reports are stored so the same report can be served again, and are logged in Reaktion's internal systems, where they may be used for Reaktion's own sales and marketing follow up toward the scanned business.
- Technical request data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses to deliver the site. We read the country of a request to localize example values; we do not store your IP address in our database.
- Anonymous usage events: which report variant was shown and whether report links were clicked. These events contain the scanned domain and variant, never your identity.
2. Cookies and local storage
ds_variant: a functional cookie (90 days) that keeps the report layout consistent for you between visits. It contains only the word "control" or "ai".- Session storage is used so a report view is only counted once per visit. No advertising or cross site tracking cookies are set.
3. Third party processors
Building a report involves these providers, each receiving only the scanned domain:
- Store Leads (store technology data)
- Adyntel (public ad library data)
- Brandfetch (brand logos and colors)
- Anthropic (AI analysis of the scanned site's public content)
- Vercel (hosting) and Prisma (database hosting, EU region)
4. What we do not do
- We do not ask for or store your name or email in the scanner.
- We do not sell data to third parties.
- We do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
5. Retention and removal
Reports are cached and refreshed on demand. If you want a report about your domain deleted, or have any privacy question or request under the GDPR (access, rectification, deletion), contact us via reaktion.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
