EcomHealthScan (the "Service") is a free website scanning tool operated by Reaktion ("we", "us"), the profit tracking platform at reaktion.com. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does
You enter a domain name and the Service produces a report about that domain's e-commerce and marketing setup: platform, marketing pixels, publicly listed advertisements, product catalog data and related findings, together with suggestions for how Reaktion could improve tracking and profit.
2. Data sources and accuracy
- Reports are built from publicly available information: the scanned website's own pages, public ad libraries and third party data providers.
- Reports are automated estimates and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Values marked as illustrative examples are fictive and do not describe the scanned store's actual performance.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on a report.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to harass, defame or harm any business or person.
- Do not access the Service with automated tools at a volume that degrades it, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
- We may rate limit, block or discontinue access at any time.
4. Scanned brands and takedown
Reports may display the scanned store's name, logo, public advertisements and product images for identification purposes. Trademarks belong to their respective owners, and a report does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the scanned brand. If you represent a brand and want a report about your domain removed, contact us via reaktion.com and we will remove it.
5. Reports are public
Report pages are not gated. Anyone who enters the same domain, or has a report link, can view the same report.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design and its content (excluding third party trademarks and the scanned sites' own materials) belong to Reaktion. You may share links to reports freely.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark.
